Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Anushthan is an initiative by NUMEROBIZ, founded by Smratti Sharrma. We arrange Vedic rituals performed by karmkand-trained pandits at sacred temples on your behalf, and prepare astrology and numerology reports.

2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and our confirmation message. You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, gotra, birth details and contact information you provide — the sankalp and the report are prepared exactly from what you submit.

Muhurat dates and timings are offered subject to temple and pandit availability and may be adjusted with your consent.

3. Pricing and payments

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are collected securely through Razorpay; we do not store your card or banking credentials.

We may revise prices at any time, but a confirmed booking is honoured at the price you paid.

4. Delivery of services

Puja and havan services are performed on the confirmed date. Photographs, a recording where offered, and blessed prasad are shared afterwards; prasad dispatch typically takes 5–10 working days within India.

Astrology and numerology reports are delivered as a branded PDF over WhatsApp and email within 3–4 working days of payment and receipt of complete birth details.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to use the site lawfully, not to attempt unauthorised access to accounts or our admin area, not to disrupt the service, and not to submit false information or make payments with instruments you are not authorised to use.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Rituals and reports are offered as faith-based and traditional guidance services. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and no specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the place of our registered operations shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
