Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancelling a puja booking

More than 48 hours before the scheduled muhurat: full refund of the amount paid, less payment-gateway charges actually incurred.

Between 24 and 48 hours before the muhurat: 50% refund, since samagri procurement and pandit scheduling have already begun.

Less than 24 hours before the muhurat, or after the ritual has started: no refund is possible, as samagri has been purchased and the pandit's time reserved.

You may instead reschedule to another available muhurat once, free of charge, if you inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Astrology and numerology reports

Reports are personalised digital products prepared manually from your birth details. Once work has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

You may cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of payment, provided the report has not yet been prepared and delivered.

If we are unable to prepare your report — for example, because the birth details provided are incomplete or incorrect and cannot be corrected — we will refund the amount in full.

3. Cancellation by us

If a ritual cannot be performed on the confirmed date due to temple closure, pandit unavailability or any circumstance on our side, you may choose a new muhurat or receive a 100% refund.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. Refunds are initiated within 3 working days of approval and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refunds are made only to the account used for the original payment. We do not issue cash refunds.

5. How to request a cancellation or refund

Write to teamnumerobiz@gmail.com or message +91 88033 11177 on WhatsApp with your booking or order reference and the reason for cancellation. We acknowledge every request within 48 hours.

6. Nature of the service

Anushthan arranges the correct performance of Vedic rituals and the preparation of astrological reports. Spiritual, financial or personal outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and a refund cannot be claimed on the basis of results not matching expectations.
