1. Information we collect

Booking and account details: your full name, gotra, phone number, email address, chosen puja or report, preferred date and any sankalp note you write for us.

Birth details for astrology and numerology reports: date of birth, time of birth, city, state, country and PIN code, and — for compatibility reports — the same details for your partner.

Payment details: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive only the order reference, payment reference and payment status. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, netbanking credentials or CVV.

Technical data: basic device and usage information generated automatically when you browse the site.

2. How we use your information

To perform the sankalp and the ritual in your name and gotra, to prepare your report, to confirm and remind you of your booking over WhatsApp or email, to process payments and issue receipts, to respond to support requests, and to meet legal or accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your birth details for anything other than the service you ordered.

3. Sharing your information

We share only what is necessary, and only with: the pandits or temple performing your ritual (your name, gotra and sankalp note), Razorpay (for payment processing), our hosting and database providers, and messaging providers used to send confirmations. All of them are bound to use the data only for these purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order or a valid request from a public authority.

4. Data retention and security

Booking and order records are retained as long as needed to deliver the service and to satisfy tax and accounting requirements. Access to our database is restricted, and records are protected by row-level access rules so that you can see only your own bookings and orders.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we take reasonable technical and organisational measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop sending you booking-related messages, by writing to teamnumerobiz@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable period, subject to records we are legally required to keep.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember your booking progress. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.

7. Children

Our services are intended for users aged 18 and above. Bookings on behalf of a minor family member must be made by a parent or guardian.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new 'last updated' date.
