Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Puja and havan services

The ritual is performed on the muhurat date confirmed at the time of booking. You receive a confirmation on WhatsApp immediately after payment and a reminder before the ritual.

2. Photographs and recordings

Sankalp photographs, and a video recording where your package includes one, are shared on WhatsApp or email within 2–3 working days of the ritual.

3. Prasad dispatch

Where your package includes blessed prasad, it is dispatched to the address you provide within India, usually within 5–10 working days of the ritual. Tracking details are shared once dispatched.

We currently do not ship prasad outside India; international devotees receive the digital deliverables only.

4. Astrology and numerology reports

Reports are digital products. Your branded PDF is delivered on WhatsApp and email within 3–4 working days of payment, provided the birth details submitted are complete and correct.

5. Delays
