The vidhi, step by step

Sankalp
Your name, gotra and wish are offered at sunrise.
STEP 2
Ganesh & Kalash Sthapana
Obstacles are cleared and the sacred pot is consecrated.
STEP 3
Surya Gayatri Jaap
11,000 recitations of the Surya beej mantra by trained pandits.
STEP 4
Aditya Hridaya Paath
The stotra Rishi Agastya gave Shri Ram before battle.
STEP 5
Havan & Arghya
Red flowers, wheat and jaggery offered to the fire, followed by water arghya to the Sun.
STEP 6
Aarti & Prasad
Concluding aarti; prasad packed for despatch to you.
